we are going to refi, and we can get a better rate with my husbands score alone. Can I be on title without being on the mortgage? I am on both now.

I know that in the state of Utah where I do work that you can definitely be on title and not on the mortgage.

Hi donnamash!

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, you'll be able to remain on the property title only. It is not mandatory for you to remain on the mortgage docs.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
