we are buying home. my husband refinanced two yrs ago with me knowing. do im i still part owner of home or is he.

Did you sign over your property interest to your husband during the refinance? Who's listed on the title to the property? Your husband alone or both of you? If your name is on the title, you do have an ownership right to the property.

If your name mentioned on property deed that means you are owner of property if your husbands name on deed then he has ownership of property. If your both names on deed then you both have 50% ownership of property.
