sho_172001 Joined: 09 Dec 2009 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Wed Dec 09, 2009 3:03 pm    Post subject: where can i get a refi for a mobile home with poor credit Like 0 Dislike 0 i own a mobile home with the land my current apr is 22.9% and i am looking for a lower apr in july i moved my mobile home onto a lot that i purchased 2 years ago, one disaster after another it took approximately 2 months to get it moved from the time is was disconnected, to the new lot after that and a few thousand dollars i have a few late pays in the last couple of months and that his my credit score for over 100 points what can i do i need to refi to pay off some debt

Lending rules have become quite tighter after the crisis in the real estate market. You will not be able to refinance your property with a bad credit score. Start taking steps to improve your credit score and then apply for a refinance.
