What is the purpose of a Schedule "B" Section I, and why do you need that to refinance?

If there is incorrect information on this report how can I get it removed.

Thanks

I am trying to refinance and the refinance company has send me a document reading Schedule "B" - Section - I. There is incorrect information on this document and I would like to know how to get it remove. The mortgage company said they got it from my county court house, but, when I call the county court house they don't have anything on file. The refinance company said it was a title to the house, but, that is not what is on this document. Again the top heading reads as follow: SCHEDULE "B" - SECTION - I (exactly like that.) If it is a title it would read title or deed as the heading , Am I correct? By the way, what they have questions about doesn't even show up in my credit report. I'm soooo confuse.

Thanks for you help.

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

If you cannot understand the form, it would be better if you could contact an attorney and get the document filled out with his help. Yes, if it's a property deed, then it would be mentioned in your deed.

The lender cannot question you for something which is not in your credit report. You need to discuss this with your lender and get it cleared.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

guest, i have a question: why would you log in using a variation of my name? my name is my name, it's nobody else's and i honestly would prefer not to have others use it, whether for good or bad.

what you have said is that you have a "Schedule B - Section I" but you have given no further description of what is contained.

honestly, we cannot be of assistance if we don't have an idea of what it is you're looking at.

please refrain from using my name, even in an alternative spelling.
