my husband and i was marrage for 26yrs. We brought a house together, but my name was not on the loan, only on the deed. Is there any was i can have the house quit deed to my so that i can work with the banks to make some kind of refinancing or payment arragement if possible.

Welcome dleach,

The property deed already has your name in it. You can ask your husband to sign over his share of the property to you. Once he signs over his share of the property to you, then you'll be able to negotiate with the bank regarding the mortgage.
