I got divorced 2yrs ago.
My ex-husband kept a condo.
How I can remove my name from the condo title and also mortgage payer names?

You need to ask your ex-husband to refinance the loan in his name to remove your name from the mortgage. He needs to have good credit and income in order to qualify for the refinance. As far as removing your name from the condo title is concerned, you can sign a quit claim deed and release your ownership. But you should not give up your property interest until he refinances and takes your name off the loan.
