Hi nfayethomas,
You can contact your lender and ask for a refinance. However, you should note that, in order to get a refinance, your property should have equity and you should have good income and credit score.

| A great site to check out if you are refinancing your home is cleanoutbadrates.com. It is a easy site that helped me get the best loan offers. They have mortgage calculators and everything. You just fill out a request and they contact you- it's free. Pretty nice site. |
