Welcome to forums!
Did you speak with your current lender for a refinance? If not, then you should first speak to him regarding this. In case if the lender is not ready for a refinance, then you can check out your options with other lenders. This community also has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. This will let you know whether or not you would qualify for a loan.

There are some lenders allowing up to 10 financed properties again.
