I have a rental property in Grand Junction that used to be my primary residence. I had to relocate to Denver due to my husband's job transfer. I had to turn the residence into a rental property. I have a 30 year ARM and need to refinance the Mortgage. I have already contacted my Mortgage company who will not refi an investment property. They only do primary residences. I need to find an expert company that specializes in refinancing investment properties. Any referrals or advice? Thanks! Mary
