He only lived in it for 2 years. ive made all the payments. i want to sell to get a new place and have a fresh start in life but he wont sign off because he dont want me to move anywhere with our kids.what can i do to sell the house and make him sign off or him and his girlfriend refiance?

You can buy out your ex-husband by offering him a stipulated sum of money and ask him to transfer the property to you. Once he does so, you will become the owner of the property.
