Just to clarify that a bit. Although you can apply for the loan in only your name you're wife will have to sign the mortgage docs because her name is on the deed. She doesn't have to be on the new loan though if she doesn't want to.
Why won't she sign? Are you looking to take out more than you currently owe on your current morgage? Sounds like a sticky situation...  _________________ Scott McKay
