I signed off on the loan part because my husbands credit score was higher.Now when I call to get info on the mortage they refuse to answer any of my questions,even though I am the one paying yhe note.What can I due about this matter?

Unfortunately nothing. Most creditors won't disclose information about their customers to anyone but the customer. With all of the identity theft and credit fraud happening these days I can't say I blame them.

You'll just have to consider it the price you have to pay for getting a better interest rate by only putting it in your husbands name.

I'm sure its not the answer you were looking for but I don't think there is anything you can do unless you consider refinancing the loan in both of your names.
