since loosing a job in 2006 my income has went to approximately 50%. i have fallen behind in bills and i own a home that i have owned for about 15 years. and my credit is less than perfect. and i want to know if my wife can refinance the mortgage into her name the mortgage is currently in my name only. her credit score and her tenure at work and income are sufficient enough to support the loan. i may have left something off but i need your help. thanks, curtis

Absolutely....

If she can qualify for the mortgage based upon her scores and income, then YES. You can be added to the deed as well.
