I have a trailer house on 15 acres my credit score is 720 and my wife's is 740 and nobody will refi us to lower our interest rate. Can anyone help?

Have you tried your local bank? Or go to a mobile home park and ask the Sales Associate who they deal with for financing. Good Luck!

yes i have tried my local bank. They will not do it either. I have tried companies that specialize in trailer mortgages and many of them only finance ones in a park

Hi jafm,

Did the lenders give you any reason as to why they won't refinance the mortgage? With the credit score that you have mentioned, you could have got a refinance.
