Welcome mbalt,

I don't think lenders will agree to refinance the property as you do not have an income. Though you have equity on the property, lenders in today's market will not refinance it. Better sell off the property if you can afford that.

mbalt, i'm sure you don't want to sell the home; that's not what you inquired about.

i have to agree, though, with adonis' statement that lenders are not likely to grant a refinance to you without any stable source of income. if you have income from other sources that will allow you to continue to make monthly payments, they will take that into consideration and do what they can to grant a loan. what you seek is not impossible, but it may well be difficult.

Hi,
Dear frnd, as per your question you have no income so its very difficult to refinance . Beacuse its requirement to refinance .Try to
take advoice from any lender .In refinance process your all income as well as your balance will be cheack . Now you have no income means you have problem to refinance .

Before you are allowed to refinance a mortgage, lenders will give a look into your current balance, your monthly balance and the period left for the payments and then decide how best to help you.

But dont be nervous, you take advoice from any counsult person definetely you find any way.

Thanks
Dilip

dilip, posts that are 5 months old are usually not worth replying to. please keep that in mind. if you have generic advice that makes sense to share, please make sure that it will be helpful to the populace as a whole.

thanks.
