I have a 1st mortgage for 123,000 & a 2nd mortgage for 30,000 a mortgage company here in Mi has told me they can hire a lawyer to have both mortgages reduced down to a total of about 132.000 that way i can get a reverse mortgage with there mortgage company. How will this affect my credit score?
