Rohare Joined: 01 Aug 2008 Posts: 1 1.28 Dollars($)	Posted: Fri Aug 01, 2008 6:59 am    Post subject: Reverse Mortgage Like 0 Dislike 0 I have a 1st mortgage for 123,000 & a 2nd mortgage for 30,000 a mortgage company here in Mi has told me they can hire a lawyer to have both mortgages reduced down to a total of about 132.000 that way i can get a reverse mortgage with there mortgage company. How will this affect my credit score?
