thanks for input ,but we do have a lawyer and the lawyer advised my brother not to sign the quick claim. the morgage co has sent me a simple assumption to be filled out , the lawyer says i need to fill this out and get approved before my brother signs the quick claim, but the letter says they agree to have me assume the loan since my father has passed and im his daughter. and they need the quick claim in order to do this? i just beleive my brother is being crooked. any advice on what to do? | ||||
