1st mortgagee accepted short sale but 2nd will not accept what was offered by the 1st. 2nd charged off and passed the 2nd loan to a 3rd party. How can we get clear title?

Hi Guest,

As the loan was charged off, you won't be able to get a free title. You will have to contact the collection agency and pay off the dues or go for a settlement with them. You'll have to pay off according to the settlement.
