Does the "Home rescue Bill" have any assistance for a 2nd home?

Hi Bret,

The new bill is built around the FHA loan program, and fha only insures primary residences, so I doubt that they will allow you to refi a second home.

Welcome to the forums.

The New Housing Bill does not speak of assistance for second homes actually. It concerns mortgages on primary homes . Know more about the New Housing Bill .

No this program is only available for your Primary Residence.
