I NEED a second lein on my home for 8,000 ASAP.
Some agencies require a larger loan, I just NEED 8,000.
I have a 598 credit score, but if I can pay all these bills off I willbe OK, good job, just som ehtings have happened lately and I NEED help here.

What state are you in?

A private lender might do something like this for you. The interest rate would be higher than normal if you wanted to go that route though.

598 is really rough to get anything done, especially a second. Most home equities start at 10K but that does not mean you have to take out the entire amount. The advise on a private lender or a local bank may be the best.

A home equity line of credit fits your situation best - but the low FICO score may hinder you. Check with your local bank first, the one you do your checking/savings with, and the Banks Loan Officer will be able to tell you if you qualify.
