On my house,I have already one mortage on my name.
Now I want to take one more mortage to my wife name on same mortage . Is that possible??
If possible then what is procedure and what will be it rate..?

I am not sure exactly what you are saying but I think the easiest solution might be a cash out refinance with both of your names on the loan.
