I just modified my first mortgage. Now my second mortgage or recovery agent want me to put my home up for sale. I asked if they could help and remode my mortgage no answer yet. What can I do.

Hi rburns,

You should contact your lender again and request them to modify the loan. If they do so, you'll be able to save the property.
