Hi bky,

Stated income loans are not very easy to find these days. A few lenders offer such loans in this economy. You need to have a very good credit score in order to qualify for a stated loan. You will also be required to put a good amount of down payment for the loan.

I think you can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from the community lenders. They will assess your financial situation, your credit score, DTI ratio etc. If you qualify for a stated income loan, they will get in touch with you and will offer you mortgage quotes for free. You can then compare the offers and choose the one that suits you the best.
