Credit scores in the late 6's
CLTV will still be below 75% with the heloc
450k appraised value $263,500.00 first, looking for 75k heloc.
Will be paying down some credit cards with part of the heloc.

For the stated income loans, you should have better credit scores. In this financial turbulence, if you don't have good credit then you cannot get approve for the loans. So better try to improve your credit.
