I have a second with litton loan Im not making enough money to continue paying both loans so Im going to stop paying on the second what is the likely hood of litton trying to take me to court and possibly attempting to garnish my wages??

Hi salrcardoza,

The second lender has the right to take legal action against you, if you stop making the payments. It is considered as a violation of the loan agreement and the lender can sue you for it. They can put liens on your other properties, can resort to wage garnishment or can come after your bank accounts and other assets.
