Second mortgage wholesale lenders offers second mortgage products to use for-

1)Home Improvement.
2)Debt consolidation
3)New home purchase
4)Cash-out.

The last 2nd Mortgage I completed was with RBC over a year ago...I am unaware of anyone who is doing 2nd mortgages on the wholesale side...

What you can try to do, if you deal within your state, try and find a good credit union that does 2nd's as part of their portfolio and refer your current clients to them....

Not sure what else you can do...
