I am a Real Estate Broker. I would like to be able to download it, in order to meet all of you requirements.

This is just an online community guiding people in their mortgage related queries. I don't think anyone here will be able to help you with short sale package. You should contact the concerned lender and take his opinion in this matter. Thanks
