If that is the case contact your lender first to see what you can negotiate. In order to do a short sale you have to give your bank a reasonable offer that they will accept and you have to show and document your inability to pay the loan off in full. I have heard real estate agents working for sale of foreclosed properties but short sale business? not really heard about this..
