anyone intrested in buying a place in GA cheap

Have 3 acres, 4br,3ba,approx 1800 sq ft also an inground pool a 6 satll barn, alarge hay storage barn, 24X24 dog pen on concrete slab. In Sylvester, GA apprissed for 132,000.00 I now live in Nevada and need to sale I owe 105,000.00 but have checked wiyh bank and they would consider a short sale. I just need to let go I cannot deal with being a long distance landlord

Hi jinda.

If you cannot afford the loan any more then short sale is a good way to avoid foreclosure as your lender has also suggested it. there are so people who come here in this forum. Hope some will be interested to buy your property.

I feel your pain. I have 5 rentals all about 100 miles away and that is to far.....
