Is it true that Sifxpert, aka James Lombardo, Debtxpert has closed his forum and stolen from his clients. My girlfriend told me something about him not communicating with his clients for the past 3 months and it all finally came to a head when clients realized that money taken from their accounts had never been paid to the credit card companies.

Welcome Angie.

I have also seen the Sifxpert site but I haven't find any forum there. You should contact with the site admin James. You will get his email address at sifxpert.com.

. Let me know if you have any more queries.

Hi Guest.

The money has been taken from your account and this has not been paid to the credit card companies? WOW! Have you complained it to the concerned authorities? I think you can even file a complain about this in the Attorney General's office in your state.

Best of luck,
Larry

Yup, I'm a victim of Sifxpert, James Lombardo as well. He took $7,109 from me. If already been in contact with every authority and every agency I could think of. Hope other don't fall for his scam.

More than 15 James Lombardo, aka Debtxpert, Sifxpert ex-clients have been conversing with me over the last 3 weeks and of these people, he has scammed more than $100,000 off of them and myself over the course of the last 4 months, mostly from the end of March and April. He hasn't been communicating with anyone he stole money from since everyone started asking questions in April and obviously closed his forum after people starting to compare notes. He is still as of this date contacting clients with money and telling them he will help them (help them to their money) but in the mean time, has left the rest of us with all of our accounts going into collections and no money to settle them with...... because good old boy James, stole it all. He should be banned from ever working in any kind of finacial field again for the rest of his life.

Please don't allow James Lombardo to post on this forum anymore. He will only be soliciting so that he can scam more unssuspecting people out there.

Has James Lombardo ripped you off? Have you file any complains against him? If he has ripped you off then you can file complains with Federal Tread Commission.

There may be some of you that needs immediate help. You should start looking for another debt settlement company to finish the programs for you. I called American Liberty, they are willing to help out people he burned, having been a victim of Lombardo themselves. Food for thought.

yeah they'll charge a fee but of course you'll get free counseling first and that helps one understand whether he's ok for debt consolidation or settlement.

American Liberty got burned by james lombardo when he worked for them. They FIRED him that is why they have complaints against them. They stil have a B+ rating on the BBB. That why we went to them for help. They hold NO good feelings for him. It is not one big advertisement, but this is the thanks you get for trying to help.
