Hi everyone,

I got a credit score over 700, my income past two years was about 36k each year, but as a self employee I have deduct too much for millage so I got in big trouble to earn a mortgage loan. Bank of America offered me 18k, which is silly. But I still have a feeling, they didn't tried hard enough. I am a first time home buyer and found a great home single family for 80k. I am able to pay 10k down payment, but I can't get the mortgage. This year (first 6 months) I made over 20k, but don't have tax return yet of course (2010). Is there any way to get the loan???? Thanks. PS: I am in SC.

How many miles are deducted??????

If it is a really lot of miles, you may be able to add back to income the depreciation portion of the IRS mileage deduction.
