Hi RA Corey!

Welcome to forums!

You can use a standard quitclaim deed form to transfer your property into an LLC. However, you may even consult an attorney and he can draft the quitclaim deed form for you. It is always suggested that you should consult an attorney to draft the deed rather than using the sample quitclaim deed forms as they vary from state to state.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
