We are in the process of getting a divocre after 27years of marriage. My husband is retired military of 30years. We own two homes one in the state of SC and VA. I live in the one in VA and he is in SC which has a second mortgage on it. We have reid for the last eight months to refin but, no luck. My husband is willing to take full responibility for the property in SC and I will do the same here in VA. I was informed that maybe I could do a loan modification with Wells Fargo. I will be contacting them on 27 July to see if it it is possible. Any information that you could provide me with would greatly appreciative. Thanks Marilyn
