sister is living rent free in heir property and agreed to pay rent before she moved in and now refuses. taxes on house are past due and house needs repairs. can she be evicted?

http://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t27c040.htm is the law that pertains to evictions in South Carolina.

It appears that if the rent is not paid when due, you can end the rental agreement and start eviction proceedings once you have given 5 days written notice and the rent is not paid within that time.
