My father has land in sc which is to be devided in a will. Since writing the will he decided to solely give it to me how do i legally claim it with a will pennding .

You can ask your father to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you. You can then notarize and record the deed at the county recorder's office. This will help you in legally claiming the property.
