We would like to transfer ownership of that lot from our names to my LLC (with him as a member). I understand that we can do this ourselves using a quit claim, but is there anything else I should know?

As the lot is free and clear, I don't think you would face issues in transferring the property into a LLC. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
