Hi Ulti,

Welcome to Mortgage fit,

Our community has one of the best group of lenders in the market and thus you can contact any of them and get a no obligation free quote from them...

At present there are 152 lenders which are registered on our community website and giving service in California...You can contact with any of them and thus get the best deal for you....

here is link for the directory of the lenders serving in california

http://www.mortgagefit.com/california/index.html

As you have great credit and good down payment, I do not find any reason that should prevent you from getting a good deal alltogether.

Feel free to ask any further query if you have

DIPA
