This is not a mortgage company from where you would be getting finance to buy the manufactured home. This is a mortgage community where people discuss their issues regarding mortgage. If you want a mortgage to buy a manufactured home, then you'll have to contact the local mobile home loan lenders and get pre-qualified for it. The lender will let you know whether or not you would get a mortgage. Thanks
