Also, Will Tn state gift tax apply too? Please provide me as much details as possible and soon hank you very much

Per donee gift tax exemption here is 12000 dollars. Are you an US nonresident? A nonresident is subjected to pay gift tax if only located at the time of transfer in the U.S. You should consult with a tax attorney in your state. Best of luck, Larry
