My ex and I are sepreated, and we own a house in tennessee with her parents. Is there a way to get my quarter of the net worth on the house without court or any other involvment other then the mortgage companies?

Hi tnstorm,

Are you listed on the title to the property? If yes, then you do have a right to the property and you can claim your share in the house. But if you signed any deed during the separation whereby you gave up your interest in the property, you cannot have any interest in the property.
