What are the laws in Texas regarding interest only. Can I do a loan up to 80% with an interest only program, or would it have to be fully amortized? If so, what does the law say about IO loans?

Hello Roxanne,

Welcome to the forum.

You can take loan up to 80 percent with an interest only loan program. Are you willing to stay here for a shorter period of time?

BTW you can consult with the community lenders directly on this regard with No-obligation free consultation at http://www.mortgagefit.com/

Feel free to ask the community if you have any further query.
