Texas Laws apply.
I have a 10-year old first mortgage and a 1-year old A6 equity loan. I want to combine them and take advantage of the current low interest rates. Can I combine these? (I was told I could not before the A6 loan was one-year old.)

Hi svroeder,

The A6 loan has to be at least a year old in order to refinance it. Once the A6 loan is 12 months old, you can try refinancing both the mortgages into one and take the advantage of the current low rates. To know more about Texas A6, check out the following:

Thanks.
