who can refinance me if i'm in an a6 loan, & need lower interest rate ? i did not know i had an a6 loan & what it meant. now i can not get an FHA LOAN, & or seem's like know one can help get out ?

You can contact your present lender in order to refinance the Texas A6 loan. However, it should be kept in mind that a Texas A6 loan cannot be refinanced within the first 12 months.
