You can use a quitclaim deed in order to add your girlfriend's name to the property deed. Contact a real estate attorney and get the deed drafted from him. You can also check out the sample quitclaim deed forms available online in order to add your girlfriend's name to the property. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
