does the spouse being added to title during a refinance have to sign deed, notice of right to cancel, TIL an Itemization. I do an occasional loan in Texas and I know these items are needed in Nevada, not sure about Texas...

Hi suzanne,

I would suggest you to contact a real estate attorney in this regard. He would be the right person to let you know whether or not the spouse will have to sign the deed, notice of right to cancel, etc.

Thanks

Yes. If she's being added to Title via a refinance (which is the proper and legal way) she'll need to sign all the loan documents. It's like that in every State.
