How do I add my wife to my title in tarrant county tx? Im still maling payments to the mortage company.

Hi logan,

You will have to sign a quit claim deed and add your wife's name to the title of the property. Thus, she will also become a co-owner of the property. However, you need to inform the lender about the change in ownership and there are chances that the lender will ask you to refinance the loan in both the names.
