Forclosure on our home in Texas. Auction date is tomorrow, July 6, 2010. How long do we have to stay in the home before we have to leave the property?

Hi jasminsmom,

After your property is sold off at a foreclosure auction, you will receive a notice of eviction from your lender. The date within which you need to move out of the property will be mentioned in that notice.
