Anyone able to help?...Need a lender for less than than $25000 loan amount.

Depending upon your client's financial situation, debt to income ratio, etc., the lender will let you know whether or not he/she will get a mortgage. This community also has a number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation on your client's behalf in order to know whether or not he or she would get a loan. Thanks
