Hi aturner,

You can contact the local lenders in order to get a loan for your client. Depending upon your client's financial situation, debt to income ratio, etc., the lender will let you know whether or not he/she will get a mortgage. This community also has a number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation on your client's behalf in order to know whether or not he or she would get a loan.

Thanks

can you tell me more about what type of loan on what type property.
investment or owner occupied? are they veterans? are you in a usda
area? credit score? where in texas? have many programs that could fill the
bill but need to qualify the situation a little bit more.
