I have leased the house furnished. It is a single family home which is paid for. I am interested in obtaining a cash out mortgage on this property and I am trying to find out what percentage of total value of the home I can obtain and what other requirements I need to know. You'll have to pay 20% down payment for the loan. You'll receive financing for the rest of the 80%. Thanks
