Oceangayle Guest	Posted: Mon Jul 20, 2009 6:23 pm    Post subject: Texa Cash Out Guidelines Like 0 Dislike 0 Is it true you have to have 3 of 5 public utilities, and if so how recently did that become a law to Texas Cash Outs? We did a Texas Cash Out back in 2006 on this property and we just went through Quicken Loan everything was ready to go closing by 8/4/2009, then today they said the underwriter said they couldn't if we didn't have at least 3 of the 5 public utilities. Our home was built in 2004 and has the new style Aerobic Sewer System required by the State of Texas and a 380ft deep well and Electric with TXU _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
